Picked up a BDP-450 at Sevenoaks (£185)...

anyone know which HDMI goes to where for 3D?

The rear has 'main' and 'sub' HDMI's.... So should these go into HDMI2 and 3 on the tv as HDMI1 is taken already (HDMI from av amp).....?

Thanks in advance!

Using HDMI 1 on the back of the Player go into any HDMI port on your TV, can you tell me which TV you have and which ports are on the back? Generally any HDMi port is fine, my Bluray player goes into HDMI 3 on my TV (just saying). Is there a reason you are not going through the AV receiver and instead directly to your TV?

Hi!

Panasonic GT50....have older Yamaha 1065 amp so can't pass through 3D.

have HDMI 'main' (or 1) from BD player to HDMI 2 on TV, and HDMI 'sub'(or 2) into the amp....and a HDMI 'out' from amp to HDMI 1 in TV.

i get the set up menu for BDP on HDMI 2 on TV, but when switched off, I can't get sky on HDMI 1 on TV.....it switches between 'wide' and 'auto' and no picture....

i'm confused (easily!)

I'm assuming that Sky is connected to he amp via HDMI. Have you checked your receiver's settings to make sure it's selecting the correct HDMI input? Failing that, try connecting the amp to HDMI 3 of the TV or Sky to another HDMI port in the amp.
