But nothing informative about the pros and cons of the USB connectivity of this amp :-(
Can What Hi-Fi? do any better?!
although I'm still using A-A6 and PD-D6 I will eventually migrate to PD-D9 & A-A9, and speaking on the usb connectivity which I find an important feature that unfortunately goes under the radar of audio magazines, the Pioneer amplifier uses Burr Brown 2702 USB DAC, when I will be buying it at the store I will take my laptop and will see what's the difference between streamed FLAC files and a compact disc...unfortunately as you've said no magazine or website didn't do a comparison of that sort...
