It is available in 65" only. No word yet on cost, click the Discussions tab. Two points strike me immediately: one, it has a slim undermounted speaker - are you listening, Sony? In my view the Sony televisions with the big side-mounted speakers like the Bravia KD75X9405C are simply visually unacceptable, too wide. The second point is, before gel asks, is no gel, it definitely won't fit on your Optimum AV300 stand! As I type this I'm looking at my 65" Panasonic on the AV300 stand, and I can see the amount of overhang. The 65" Philps set has its feet placed quite wide. Gel will have to get the two fitted planks of wood that I mentioned in the other thread!

No, I can't comment on the quality - we'll have to wait for someone at AVForums to get a look at an actual machine. Yes, I'd forgotten that Philips themelves don't make televisions any more. Still, we'll see how good this television actually is in due course.
