Philips 9664 - No motion judder or lip sync issues - too much to ask??? HELP!!!!

I’m currently in the market for a 42” TV and have sadly had to discount plasma due to their reflective screens. I am interested in the Philips 9664 LCD, but as the thread title suggest, I have two requirements to satisfy… I want to eliminate any lip sync issues whilst routing my audio through a Denon amp which I assume means that all the processing options will need to be disabled at the TV. However, if I do this will the TV then output judder??

Sorry to bump this thread but I was hoping to collect my 9664 tomorrow afternoon. If it's not capable for my needs then I'll reject it and start again...
