PDP-4280XD - still a good TV ?

Is the PDP-4280XD still a good tv compared to the latest models from Samsung etc ?

Is it worth upgrading ? if so what to ?

8G and 9G Pioneers are still excellent, yes, with 9G screens still the best against what's currently on the market.

I would stick with what you have unless you can pick up a 9G, i.e, 5090 or KRP. They would be an upgrade.
