Just been on the old blower and heard I can get a pair of these Wharfedale Zaldek 1000's for £40 off a mate in Bristol brand new, worth it? or the X5000's? http://www.avbristol.co.uk/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=1&products_id=48

Which would allow me to get a high powered amp aswell

The X5000 would be the better of the 2 with its 250w power handling but either will be fine.

But if you want a real bass monster, the cerwin vegas will be best
