The ST30 has a better filter and an extra HDMI socket, so is likely to be the better set.

You can do a comparison of all the specs on the Panasonic webite.

I should have mentioned that I'm not really bothered about spec of such, I'm running everything through my Arcam AV400 so I only need 1 HDMI port. I'm just interested in picture difference ?

Unfortunetly I have to travel to pick up Tv so cant really go and look for myself. Panasonic TXP50UT30 in Aberdeen Sevenoaks sound and vision Panasonic TXP50ST30 richer sounds Edinburgh
