Hi, I'm thinking of getting the Panny TX-P37X10B but WHF have only reviewed the TX-P42X10B version. Since they're both plasmas is it fair to say that the good review of the 42 inch one will exactly relate to the 37 inch version as well, or could it be a very different story? I see that the 32X10 review isn't very good, but I don' think that is relevant as it is the LCD version. Any thoughts most welcome. Thanks, James

Hi James

The signs are certainly good for the TX-P37X10 - after all, the TX-P42X10 is great value for money, and I'd expect that a screen five inches smaller would wear its 720p resolution even better than the bigger one. But you're right - it could be a different story, and until we've seen a TX-P37X10 we won't know for sure. We'll get to it as soon as we can - but there's a huge number of new screens to get through, and not only from Panasonic.

Try and audition one in the meantime. Ideally, try to see the 42" and 37" alongside each other, and that should give you a good idea.

Hello Simon,

Many thanks for responding so quickly. Good luck getting through all the tests, I can imagine that give the new season you've not exactly got your feet up at the moment! Kepe up the good work - I look forward to seeing the 37 reviewed soon.

James
