Hi - I was wondering when what hi-fi will be reviewing this TV. I recently visited my local panasonic store and was torn between this one and a 42"plasma, however have been unable to find out much about this LCD TV.

Thanks

You're probably aware of this already but that model is also available as a plasma.

Panasonic's 'S'-series is available in LCD and plasma versions: 32, 37 and 42in LCDs, and 42, 46 and 50in plasmas, as you can read here. They're part of Pana's entry-level Full HD range.

And in reply to the OP, there are 42 new TVs in Panasonic's 2009 line-up, so it may take us a while to get through them all!

Thanks for your reply - I didn't realise that Panasonic had been so busy. I think I may dip my toe in the plasma world and get the P42G10 - everyone seems very happy with it and its been reduced on amazon to £822

I don't think you read my post correctly or you didn't understand it clearly if the above quote is a response to my first post.

It certainly seems that way but my apologies in advance if that isn't the case.
