Panasonic SC-BT100

I am about to buy a Panasonic 46pz85 plasma and want to team it up with the Panasonic SC-BT100 home cinema kit and blue ray player. Does anyone know if there are any problems if i buy the home cinema kit from the U.S. and the plasma from the U.K.? Thanks all.

Shipping charges, VAT and duty, warranty problems, need to use it with a transformer, etc...
