optimum settings

Pana 42px80b was wondering what the optimum settings for this plasma would be?.my viewing position would be 4 metres away & i game & watch sky hd alot,need the settings for after run in.

I found these settings on another online test site. They come with the qualifier that your particular room/lighting conditions may mean that you have to make small adjustments:

Viewing mode: Cinema

Contrast: 2 clicks left

Brightness: 1 click left

Colour: 3 clicks right

Sharpness: 3 clicks left for HD/1 click left for SD

Colour Balance: Warm

Colour Management: Off

P-NR: Off

Set-up Menu

Power Save: Off

Side Panel: High

Picture Overscan: Off for HD/On for SD

saw those settings & used them but its the after run in settings im looking for,thanks

I'm pretty sure they ARE the after run-in settings.
