OPINION ON SPEAKERS 2ND HAND

I was offered to buy a pair of PMC FB1 + 2nd hand 2 years old at a price of 1.100 Euro. I will replace my Audio Vector C2 MkII driven by a Symphonic Line RG MK 3. Do you think if I will procced that I will notice a considerable difference in listening.

Can you not hear them before making the decision - either hear a new pair first, or hear the actual pair you are looking at???
