OP amp upgrade

Hi, I've recently got myself a nice Marantz CD52MKII SE. It's had the muting resistors removed and I've been told the next mod is to upgrade the op amps. What are they and is it worth doing, is it an easy job and inexpensive??

Also wondering if anyone's tried Mark Grant interconnects and how they rate them?

i think plastic pen might have had this done, if not(edit)pj pro nos his stuff about electronic upgrades,if thay dont come across this thread it could be worth a search of there posts.
