ONKYO 875 or Marantz Sr8002??????????

Can anyone tell me why marantz Sr8002 is more expensive than Onkyo 875??? I can't see any major differences if so Onkyo looks to be better!!! please respond and what speakers wpuld you recommend for onkyo 875 and marantz sr8002. We are looking for about 1000 for a speakers with woofer!!! HELP!!!!

Marantz is much better in music, 8002 using torodial transformer and gold plated RCA plug, thats why its more expansive. Onkyo have more features esp. for movie. If you prefer av amp for both music and movie you should go for 8002.

By the way, i think this thread will get more response if u post under home cinema forum.
