I have a pair of Q Acoustics 2010 and a Cambridge Audio Azur 340A SE both bought new about 2 weeks ago.

For some reason, regardless of which speaker i plug into it, one of the loudspeaker terminals doesn't seem to work properly. When plugged into it the speaker volume is very quiet, if at all, and very distorted. I have swapped round both cables and speakers and there is only an issue when plugged into one pair of loudspeaker terminals. They are wired correctly (i've double checked). I've also inserted and reinserted the cables several times, so there isn't an issue with poor connection.

Edit: Just tried the 'Speaker B' loudspeaker terminals. Once again, the left set of terminals work, the right set don't. (Loudspeaker A terminals are the same - the 'left' works but the 'right' doesn't.)

Any suggestions?

ear:I suggest I read yesterday a lot of pots of CA build quality(bad quality in this case)

Yes, I suggest you go back to yesterday and search out those pots, too.

To the OP, it does sound like the amp is faulty on one channel - suggest you take it back and get an exchange.
