My Olive 03HD has stated "system starting up, please wait" on the screen for 3 days. Can someone tell me how I resolve this please?

No, honestly, turn it all off. Then power up again. If still the same contact Olive Support as suggested.

Probably would have been quicker to do that than post on here. 🙂

I don't want to discourage you, but I once lost a CD at a dealer's. He used the 3HD as a source. After I fed it my CD, it froze. He didn't get it to work anymore, and I left with one CD less...

Having worked at that branch, I'd hazard a guess that they've been quoted a price by Henley Designs, who used to distribute Olive products.
