Greetings,

my parents have for years successfully used me as some kind of tech support but their current problem has me stumped. They have a beautiful old speaker set (mission 727s paired with an A&R Cambridge A60) to which they want to add a reasonable quality wireless multiroom setup.

As far as their desires go they don't want much. They have no digital or streamable media and don't want to be able to listen to different things in different rooms. Yet I have been unable to find a solution. The closest I've come is to suggest a couple of sonos speakers and the sonos connect box but that was vetoed due to cost. Should I keep pestering them about Sonos or is there another (cheaper) solution?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah, that's it, I wouldn't have thought this would be such a challenge.

It isn't.

You just have to be prepared to pay for the funtionality and ease of use.

The cheap way is to run some speaker or line level cables.

You pay your money...........
