not sure which cd/dvd player

Hi there You were very helpful with the purchase of my projector screen and the new Onkyo TX SR505 to go with my Mission cubes. I am now pondering over a DVD/CD player. Budget is around 250 pounds. Was eyeing up the Denon 1940....will that go with my set up or does Marantz have good offering in my budget? Many thanks PL

I have heard that the Marantz DV6001 is a good alternative to the Denon 1940. Very solidly built.
