My ancient Marantz SR73 surround amp has died. Im looking to replace it with an economical modern digital equivalent and was wondering if there is a unit that can provide the current system setup i have with the added benefit of being able to connect ipods, phones etc to stream music through it. Current set up is - Kenwood tape player (desirable on the new unit but not essential). cd player, Bose muliti speakers - 1 x bass, 2 x rear speakers, 2x front speakers, 1 x centre speaker. Also have two speakers in another room connected which are controlled by a speaker switch on the Marantz. Any ideas welcome, thanks.
