I have taken the plunge and now have two Sonos Bundles. Setting up was a breeze except it cannot find my iTunes library. My music is kept on a My Book attached to my Airport Extreme. I have tried all 3 options and I am told that the share cannot be found. I have followed the FAQ on the Sonos site which indicates that I should use the NAS option but that does not work either. From what I have seen finding the correct pathname is not easy. My Extreme is called Base Station, the HD is called My Book and the iTunes library is in a folder called iTunesserver. Please can someone help so I can use my Sonos

At this time of day by far the quickest route to success is to call Sonos Support, they're extremely good, will have you up and running in minutes and at this time of the day, should be pretty quiet, as they're US based I believe.

Hey fourforks, did you sort your problem?. There is actually a UK Sonos support number and its free. I agree with the_lhc that Sonos support is very good, we are a Sonos authorised dealer/installer. Call them on 0808 234 6596.

If that still doesnt fix your problem pop me a reply back and we'll do our best to help over the phone as a favour. We hate seeing new Sonos owners not being able to use their system!.

Cheers,

Garry.

Yes I did. I emailed Sonos support who sorted the problem out almost straight away - amazing support. My problem was that my Airport Extreme was called "Base Station". Sonos does not like the space, so all I had to do is rename it "Basestation" and I was away. My only problem now is how much of my download limit using Last FM and Napster use!!
