New Nad Amp

I have a Nad 325 bee at present but as space is tight i was looking at the Nad 3045 upright amp.
Just wondered what i could expect sonically from the swap out?
Would it be drastic?

It will add more features certainly and a little more power, but drastic difference in sound? I very much doubt it. Bigger differences are obtained at the source and end products.
