New home cinema set up - Speakers and Amp

Hi, I live in a small apartment and want to upgrade from a cheap 5.1 to a decent starter 3.1 sound system. Rear speakers are not really suitable in my apartment and the sub tends to disturb the neighbours. My thoughts are to get the following:

Dali zensor 3 (pair speakers and centre speaker)

OR

Q Acoustic 2020i (pair speaker and centre speaker)

Plus,

Denon AVR X2000.

Would either of these be a decent set up or is there something better in this sort of price range? I dont tend to have teh volume very loud so not sure if this is a factor. Essentially I want something that is good for movies but also to listen to music from spotify (i understand the airplay on the denon can now be used with spotify though an app)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been very impressed with Q-acoustics 2020i. Denon shouls drive it well. Certainly demo before purchase.

If I was starting from scratch at that budget I too would pick the same models for demo - maybe also try the Monitor Audio BX2's - I have no complaints about them.
