New amp or add Arcam irDAC to old amp

Hi,

I have a NAD C730 amplifier and trying to decide if I should add an Arcan irDAC to it or purchase a new Cambridge CXA 60 mplifier. I will be using a mid level set of PSB book shelf speakers.

Opinions appreciated.

Id stick with the nad and add a dac

+1. Arcam irDac might be just what you need. If irDac 2 is coming out soon, maybe wait to audition that as well - or for irDac version 1 to get cheaper 🙂
