I have an Arcam 9 and a Marantz CD52 mkII SE which are both getting on a bit, but in their time were pretty good. Anyway, I have them connected to AE100i stand mount speakers which are simply not up to the job. Children have come and are now (slowly) going and time is ripe to ressurect the system. I want to get shot of the speakers. Any ideas as to what I could do by way of some mid size floor mount ones, low to middle budget, that will cope with the other two bits of kit. Any help gratefully received.
