I have a naim CD 5I cd player and Naim nait 5i amp. I am planning to buy a floor standing speaker , my budget is not more that 900 pounds. any suggestions.

Agree, the Dali Ikon 6s would be a great choice, but you might also want to listen to the Epos M22 (£949) - "a fine solution that guarantees sonic excitement whatever the music," we said - and if you can stretch your budget a bit, the ProAc Studio 130 (£1135).

The ProAcs are excellent with all types of music, although they do need a lot of running in (at least 70 hours) before they sound their best.

If in doubt give Naims engineer a ring and ask them (and they will tell you to buy their own brand or Neat!)
