My own view of the grilles controversy is that Neat is entitled to whatever design it so chooses - but because most loudspeaker buyers would reasonably assume grilles are supplied as standard, perhaps the company should disclose that the Petites come without grilles on its website, as well as the fact that grilles can be supplied at extra charge.

Yes, me too, both with the Naim Uniti and the UnitiQute, and in both cases the sound was excellent. It's a combination I'd firmly endorse.

Would it follow that a Nait 5i-2 would be a killer combo for the petite sx Or indeed petite mk 3 please?

Also, are they as good at lower volumes as the motive 3's?
