Navigating brands, models, quirks and prices....it's a bit of a minefield!

I thought I would check with RS Norwich to see if they would consider matching the price of Crampton & Moore. I know I'm technically still within 14 days of purchase but having already price matched once, I could quite understand if they turned round and said no

Anyway, I emailed them the link yesterday and they confirmed this morning they are happy to price match further with C&M taking a further £80 off the price of the TV.

I have to say fantastic service from RS and both members of staff I spoke to at the Norwich store were incredibly helpful.

I'm loving the S95D, fed with a native 4k signal the panel is stunning. It's the perfect TV for my lounge and can go incredibly bright if needed but the anti glare screen is a game changer.

I've also bought some Govee LED light bars to go behind it (free standing, not stuck to the TV) and it makes for a fab movie night 🍿🎞️🎬

I was getting tempted by todays John Lewis deals on the Samsung S95D, but then I viewed this comparison and it wasn’t worth it at all!

This is also my current best review website on the internet.

I bought a subwoofer from RS couple of weeks ago. After it was delivered, I asked for trade-in of my KK sub. They replied back the very next morning (the manager of my local RS) and said because of low volume of KK sales, they're unable to offer a trade-in but refunded £30 to me as a goodwill gesture. We also discussed potential projector upgrade and I'll arrange a demo in the next few weeks.

What I find incredibly irritating are the different model numbers for different areas of the world or, different model numbers for different retailers even in the same part of the world.

Its a bloody mine field to actually know what exactly you are getting, some models excluded. 'Bad' examples are Samsung, Hisense, TCL ...

There are 26 letters in the alphabet and ten numbers if we include 0.

I am no mathematician, I am absolutely c**** at maths but even if we take 'only' two letters/two number permutations, surely there are a huge number of possible permutations without making the whole thing a PHD affair!
