Naim unitiqute

I be thinking of buying a naim unitiqute, for a long time now. As I want to go down to one box. I been looking at second hands ones. But if they are ment to be so good, why are there allways some for sale or aution. I have email few of the sellers and ask them why they are selling. Most say going back to CD, then I email them back and tell them, they can link up cd player to the naim.

So why are people selling them?

I don't think this indicates they are no good and |'d hazard a guess and say that it is the same reason why all hifi gear is for sale and that is they have progressed / upgraded or in some cases downgraded.

The one-box system may have sounded like a good idea to many and they might have found out later it wan't and hence reverted to a two or more box system .... who knows. I am sure they sold an lot Unitiqute's so it is not at all surprising to see some on the market at any one time.
