NAD C515 vs Marantz CD6002

Does anyone think it is worth upgrading from the NAD C515 to the Marantz 6002? Will I notice a big enough improvement to warrant the outlay? I am using a Pioneer VSX LX50 amplifier (7x150W) and Monitor Audio RS5.

I think the Marantzÿplayer has better quality, but is a little brighter in treble than the Nad, and the Nad players sound is more analog-like than the Marantz
