Is it possible to convert the rear speaker connections to except 4mm bananna plugs?

Just purchased some chord cable with chord bananna plugs ,they fit the speakers but not the amp

Didnt really want to cut plugs off at amp end as they are a nice pair of cables

They should fit into terminals on the back of the amp??

Have you removed the plastic protectors?? (Sorry I have to check!)
