My ONKYO HTX-22HDX suddenly stopped working

I ve got an ONKYO HTx-22HDX 2.1 home cinema setup. I've got a PS3 and an Apple TV plugged into it, both via HDMINOT, and then an HDMI to my Panasonic Viere TX-32LZD80. Up to now, it's been brilliant.

Then suddenly, the signal stopped coming through to the TV. I've connected both PS3 and Apple TV box directly and they work fine, so it's clearly the ONKYO to blame.

Has anyone heard of this before, and can anyone give me some advice of how to fix it?

If it's under warrenty contact the dealer you bought it from, otherwise your best bet would be to contact genserve.
