I'm looking to upgrade my old! Marantz receiver and stereo amp which I use for front left and right speakers to save space and make everything run from One amp. I like the looks of pioneer's vsx 920 which I've found for £375, sony 2400es for £275, but I can get a denon avr 1910 on ebay for £300 new as well. Will be using mordaunt short avant 914i for fronts and 905i centre with Eltax bipolar rears and Eltax sub. Want to run fronts bi-amped.

When demoing to replace a Marantz I amp I found the Denon 1911 more musical than the 920, and more in line with the Marantz sound.
