Britains Best retailer?

I recently bought a Pioneer 428XD Plasma.

It turned out to have a pixel fault, a bright red pixel showing on any white, light coloured or green background.

Pioneer refused to replace the screen saying it wasn't faulty in their eyes.

Moorgate Accoustics after waiting on Pioneer to assist, offered to change it off their own back and at their own cost when Pioneer failed to help.

What service!!

I've bought some of my CYRUS kit from them, excellent deals and service, the best dealer I've ever dealt with. I bought a re-processed Cyrus PSX-R from them last year, it had a few bad marks on it. When I mentioned it to Paul at Moorgate he immediately offered to replace it with a brand new one.

Many of the folks on the cyrusunoffical forum also say the same.
