Monitor audio rs1 problem

I have monitor audio rs1 speakers.Problem is with one of them.It lacks high frequencies.Tweeter still works, but compared to other speaker, it's much quieter and overall sound is muffled.I tried switching channels, cables, even try different amp, but problem persists, so something's definitely wrong with the speaker.What could be with speaker?Tweeter, crossover or maybe something third?

If you bought them new, best thing to do is contact Monitor Audio as it will have come with a 3 year warranty from them.

when you say changed channels did you mean swapping the speakers from side to side, it could be a room characteristic like reflection or something.

It's not room characteristic, I tried changing speaker position in room and swapping l/r output on amp.It's speaker for sure 🙁

My warranty expired...
