Hi,

What would be a good budget stereo amplifier to match the Mission-m33i. I can get the pioneer a6 amplifier quite cheap, is this a good match?

I listen to a range of music, the room size is about 5 m by 10 m.

Apprecciate any feedback.

The Pioneer amp is good, has a very detalied sound, but the top end can be a little bright, the Nad and Arcam have no such kind of problem

I must say though, that it's not a nasty brightness (like a clipping amplifier or that Rotel clinicalness) it just boosts the top end a bit. Sounds quite nice to me!

thanks for the feedback.

Do you think this would be a good match to the mission's (if even by spec alone) or do think something like the monitor audio BR2's would be better.

How big is the room? because floorstanders can sound overbearing if the room is not spacious enough.
