Meniscus - Naim & Spendor combo info

Hi Meniscus,

Your post on my thread about the B&W speakers I'd seen on ebay had got me thinking about the Spendor SA1. I had thought that I would need to spend around the £2k mark to be getting the most out of my SuperNait, but I'm obviously not keen to spend more than I have to and following your post I've read a review of the SA1 which is very good and added to the fact that I have a fairly small lounge (approx 4m*4m) the SA1 is looking like an interesting option.

You're obviously happy with them I was wondering what else you tried your Naim with and if you could characterise your experience with those models?

Or anyone...although I realise I have already asked the question of speakers to go with a Supernait more generally.

I'm just looking to get some info on the SA1 - particularly whether the bass is going to be sufficient after using my PMCs - and generally whether I should be aiming higher price-wise.
