Marantz dont let companies sell their stuff mail order.......so you have to go into a store and part with your cash there.

If you go to Richer Sounds you can pick this up for £200.00, although be warned as soon as you mention you would like to buy a non Cambridge Audio product the whole sales team jumps at you like you wouldn't believe

Yea I had that last month. The salesman was telling me it was too bright and that the Cambridge 340A would be better, even without knowing what music I listened to. They even tried using the manager as a sales persuasion tool.

If you go in there asking for their opinion, they will direct you towards Cambridge Audio gear purely because they make a bigger profit on it over the other brands. Go in there with your own opinions and they won't try to force CA down your throat.
