Marantz PM6002/CD6002 problems

I seem to be having problems with this amp, I'm on my 3rd exchange unit and all 3 have this really irritating issue. The problem is that right channel is louder than the left. Some times it goes back to being the same volume. I've tried 4 different sources and 2 different speakers, including changing the cables and speaker wires. Recently when i use the power on and off button instead of the remote, the left speaker crackles for a few seconds and sounds lower than the left channel. I purchased this from richersounds and looking at another Hi-Fi Forum it seems that there is issues with Marantz stock at RicherSounds. Anyone else having any problems like this?
