Make my music sound warmer

I want to make my music sound warmer, by replacing my v.d Hul interconnect,

or by buying a stereo amplifier,

or a different cd player.

or any other something..

Onkyo sr875, NAD c521bee cd player, Mission M74i, v.d Hul 102 mk2, w&m black magic speakercable.

I've got a pair of Quad 12l2's, they sound lovely and warm compared to the clyincal sound most speakers have these days.ÿ

To my mind the Onkyo is the culprit and you would benefit from a good stereo amp from the likes of NAD, Cambridge, Rotel or Arcam depending on your budget

I agree with this, a NAD amp to compliment your CD player being the firm favourite.ÿ
