MA RX6 spikes??

Does anyone know if there are spikes that will go into the speakers without using the speaker support base that is supplied with them?

Perhaps the team know as they don't like the base plates in their report?

If the fittings for the RX6 are the same as those used for the RS8, then you can ignore the pastic nasty and screw the spikes directly into the base of the speaker.

I've tried it and they look very nice.

The plinth is attached using M8 bolts, so you need a set of M8 spikes to use the speaker without the plinth.

Not a clue - I'd always use the plinth, ugly though it is, for the added stability it gives.
