There are different licences required to sell or rent new releases and
all licences need to be agreed with the studio. In this case, the studio
has decided that they no longer wish to supply Blu ray versions of their
titles for rental purposes. We are still able to offer DVD versions for
rental however the licence for all online DVD rental begins 28 days
after the retail release date. This arrangement allows us to support the
film industry in continuing to create great quality films for the
foreseeable future, whilst at the same time being able to provide the
best possible product for our customers.
