How would these sound with the quad lites. Is this a suitable up grade or not buget £500 for fronts and centre.

You could do that, but yes you'd need to upgrade the centre to match the front left and right speakers. Why not just buy an extra pair of L-ite sattellites for about £150?

Yes i was thinking about that, have a large room and wanted to know will this give me more depth and volume from the fronts and centre also there floorstanding so no additional speaker stands required cant wall mount them. Which centre would you recommend from the Radius collection to match the R270s.

What about the Quad 12L2 if you want to achieve a more integrated sound? ÿA number of people on this board and other forums have gone down this route recently and seem happy with the results. ÿThey can be found at HiFix for £350. ÿAlternatively, the slightly smaller 11L2 can be had for £250. ÿOne advantage of the 12L2 over the L-ite satellites is that it's much easier to find stands to suit. ÿJust about every top plate is too big for the L-ites!
