Looking to upgrade...any advice?

Hello,

I have been listening to vinyl for a little over 2 years now and I am an even bigger fan than I was when I started. I currently own a Audio Technica AT-LP120 turntable and it's a fine turntable but I am considering upgrading to a nicer 'vintage' turntable. I have been looking at Rega, Thule and a few Marantz. Just looking for some thoughts on my next turntable.

My current setup is

Audio Technica AT-LP120

NAD PP2 Phono Preamp

Onkyo TX-NR616 (looking at getting a vintage receiver as well)

Infinity Primus P363 Speakers

Hi John,

I'd like to know more about these Thule turntables as all I know are Thales.

Just where have you been looking? Can you physically examine turntables as buying vintage can be a nightmare if you are not sure what you are looking for. If you cannot examine them then my advice is to stick to something that you can still get parts for and is simply constructed, like anything Rega.
