Looking to buy 46 incher

As the title suggests I`m in the market for a 46" TV. Not interested in 3D or "smart" features just the best quality picture. budget would be up to £1000 but would prefer to spend less . Suggestions for a short list please,thanks.

I've had the Panasonic TX-P46GT30B for 5 weeks now and it is a great TV. See my review in the 'Your System' forum titled 'New Home Cinema Review' - includes photos.

I bought mine from Sevenoaks Sound and Vision for £1149, which includes free 5 year warranty, free Panasonic blu-ray player, free 2 x 3D glasses (rechargeable and lightweight), free Avatar 3D blu-ray DVD, free Star Wars Blu-Ray DVDs (original 3 Star Wars).
