Looking for reccomendation for a good earphones

Hello guys im new at this forum, this is my first post 🙂

Im looking for a new headphone around 30-40$ , till now I used the skullcandy inkd (SPL 100dB/mW) earphones but I want to upgrade to a better earphone, very important to me that they will be load (high sensitivity) becuase that the main problem with my earphones - they dont load enough.

Im looking for in ear earphones but I may consider over ear headphones but I afraid that they will fall out of my head because im going to workout with them and I dont want them to fall because of my head moves, but you tall me .

I hear mostly matel so I need them to be load .

If you need more details tall me I will be happy to tall.

I thought on the Soundmagic E10 but I saw they have the same sensitivity as the skullcandy inkd that I own, so idk if I should buy them.

I think to go on the akg q350 or akg k375. what do you think? which better?

Best to try them yourself in view of your requirement to play loud for Metal.
