We have one of those old tv's (where the rear sticks out a mile) with the scart connection.

We want to be able to watch some channels on there, so I've been looking at freeview boxes.

I've come across this: http://compare.ebay.co.uk/like/180919494253?var=lv&ltyp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar&cbt=y

This box is almost 2 years old though, so I'm wondering are there any 2012 boxes out there which are better than this for the same money? Or any deals around £40 which would work out to be better value or more advanced?

The main problem is my grandad just wants to watch something on this tv from time to time, so I thought get him a freeview box, thx.
