Loading BT Sport app

As an EE mobile customer I have a free 3 month trial of BT sport but cannot access the channel on my smart tv via my BT digital box. It is not in the menu and does not appear when an update is performed. I' m not a BT customer - the box is just a recording device. Grateful for advice on how I can use the pass to watch BT Sport on my TV.

You need to watch via the app, rather than via the digital box. Samsung TVs have the app built in. You can also use a Fire TV stick. You can cast it from your mobile.

Note: you need to sign in to the app with your BT ID.
