LIP SYNC

is the reason when i watch dvd's through my blu ray, it's because the film is being upconverted????

LX 52 going to onkyo 807, is there no way of doing the lip sync automatically, cos it's a frickin pain!!!

Have you enabled auto lip sync in your receiver? All your equipment has to be HDMI v1.3 in the chain for it to work though.

Although it is meant to work, like anything else with HDMI, it's flawed!

will check for it, as far as i know everything is v1.3

think i got this working now, had to turn off lip sync on the blu ray and enable on the amp, so far so good
