Life's too short

You may have seen that Britain's oldest person has just died aged 112.
She was coincidentally born on the very same day as the 112 year old man who died in May.

As old as they both were, they didn't live for a million hours.
If you haven't already done it (because life's too short :)) do the calculation.
Once you know it, you'll never forget it - you can bore everyone, as I do, by telling them.
The birth date is certainly a coincidence. That said, I'm always struck by this, even though the maths is pretty easy to grasp. If you aren't familiar with the 'birthday problem', have a guess how many people is takes in a group before the probability of a shared date reaches 50%...

Besides, isn't a million hours the duration of lockdown?
