Lemon cheesecake with basil mouse

hi all. I know not very hi-fi topic but I thought I'll share anyway. that's what I did for Christmass last night. not trying to be too modest I should also add that it tastes delicious too. I'm having a hunch that it's due to the fact that the cake was prepared late at night. at the time when, as you all know, mains electricity is at its purest. I'm pretty sure the fact of being able to use purer electicity to power up my kitchen mixer helped it to dig out richer flavour and more texture out of the ingredients. which in turn translates to more palatable and savouring experience
